Winter brings with it a season for the earth to rest and sleep. It can also bring roaring storms that cover us with deep blankets able to swallow all sound. This tree reminded me that no matter the storm that threatens, I can choose to keep standing. I may be "Heavy Laden" bending under the weight, but I am not broken. In time the snow will melt and I will still be here.

As the artist, I choose to print my work on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Metallic paper to add a magical shimmer and dimensionality. This paper has a slight sheen, a subtle texture and a hefty 350g weight. In order to best prepare it for presentation, I recommend archival mounting with a dual-tone double matting. My personal preference is to finish in a black wood gallery frame. This creates a display to impress and beautifully captures the attention of all who view it.
