Through The Leaves
Artists and photographers romanticize trekking all over the earth to a myriad of exotic places to create art. One of the great Street Photographers of all time once said that we miss the wonders of our own neighborhood when we're looking everywhere else. "Through the Leaves" was taken from my bedroom window on a particularly beautiful autumn day. If I hadn't been looking, I would have missed the opportunity to capture this visual delight.

As the artist, I choose to print my work on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Metallic paper to add a magical shimmer and dimensionality. This paper has a slight sheen, a subtle texture and a hefty 350g weight. In order to best prepare it for presentation, I recommend archival mounting with a dual-tone double matting. My personal preference is to finish in a black wood gallery frame. This creates a display to impress and beautifully captures the attention of all who view it.
